You can ask for revisions as many times as mentioned in your package details. Customers can ask for unlimited revisions if the concept remains the same. We don't charge additional money for extra revisions. You'll get your final revised logo in two working days.

Refund Policy

• Approve the initial concept
• Select special package
• Accept or request a revision
• Provide incomplete design brief
• Breach our terms or violate our privacy policy
• Share details of the same project with another design agency or freelancer
• Ask for changes in the approved design concept
• Exceed the time allotted to request a refund
• Change your mind, disagree with the policy, or any dispute.
• Cancel the order for any reason that is not part of our refund policy
• Don't contact us for more than two weeks.
• In the case of a bundled service package, you can claim for refund only for a particular service that doesn't suit your needs even after the revisions.

The money-back guarantee becomes invalid if you approve a design concept or request a revision. Once you get your money back, you have no right to use any design concept for any purpose. Closure of Project

In case of a lack of communication between our customer support team and the client for more than 14 days, we stop working on that project. The project is considered closed if the client doesn't claim it within 14 days after its completion. If you don't contact within the mentioned time frame, you have no right to ask for a revision, refund, or money-back guarantee.

Amendments
